I’m a FULL time entrepreneur doing many different things in the digital world to make life fun and prosperous. My goal is to get really good at generating CASH solely using technology and the internet and teach as many old men (and a select few younger peeps :)) how to make some hard core dough.

I’ve been a licensed REALTOR since 2002 so I know how to help people buy and sell homes in beautiful Hawaii. Now, I’m taking myself and a lot of good, cool people along to financial freedom, yippeeeeeee!
On my blog pages, I will also be including many personal aspects of my life. Since I’m getting up there in age, ha, I often get questions from people like: “how did you do that?” “where are you traveling to next?” “where is a good place to eat since you’re a foodie?” “do you know how to fix this?” “how is the housing market?”. So since I am like a Jack of All Trades, Master of None, I will include this in my blog, hopefully it will help people.

I’m spending 88 hours a week taking a blogging course that is teaching me the in’s and out’s of blogging, SEO, Keywords, Keyword linking, Guest Posting, etc. So much to learn and would like very much to teach someone on my way up to generating a boat load of money while educating people though my blog….
I also follow the KISS rule: Keep it Simple Sheldon, and Keep it Skimmable Sheldon (Most people Skim, not read, so my goal is to keep my blogs skimmable).
